FQ AI IMMERSION EVENT: TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 17, 2026

Last Updated: July 21, 2026

These Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of tickets to the FQ AI Immersion event described below (the “Event”), hosted by The Female Quotient, LLC (“FQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending, you (“you,” “your,” or the “Attendee”) agree to these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization or another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or individual to these Terms, and you are responsible for making sure the attending individual follows them.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, Stripe. Your purchase is subject to Stripe’s General Terms and Privacy Policy, which are presented at checkout. Stripe’s terms govern the payment transaction itself and are separate from these Terms, which govern your ticket and attendance.

1. The Event

The FQ AI Immersion is a single-day, in-person event for senior leaders.

  • Date: September 17, 2026, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by a closing cocktail hour.
  • Location: New York City. Exact location and address to be shared following registration.
  • Format: A guided, hands-on working day led by an AI coach, plus networking.

The Event is invite-only and seating is limited. We reserve the right to confirm eligibility and to decline or cancel any registration that does not meet the criteria for the Event, with a refund of amounts paid in that specific case.

Because the Event includes a cocktail hour at which alcohol is served, attendees must be 21 years of age or older. We will not be responsible if you or any person attending under your booking is refused admission for failure to meet, or to prove that they meet, this requirement.

2. What Your Ticket Includes

A ticket to the Event includes:

  • A full day of guided, hands-on building with our AI coach.
  • An optional 30-minute 1:1 setup session on Zoom before the Event.
  • Automatic entry to the FQ AI Summit in November 2026.
  • The materials, framework, and take-home resources provided as part of the Event.

These components are sold together as a single bundled ticket. They cannot be separated, exchanged, or credited individually, and no partial credit or refund is given for any component you choose not to use, including the optional 1:1 session or the FQ AI Summit entry.

3. Price and Payment

The ticket price is $1,995 per person (USD), inclusive as described on the registration page, plus any applicable taxes. Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

The total price you pay is made up of the base ticket price, or “face value,” plus any applicable fees and taxes, which are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are displayed in the currency that will be charged upon purchase. We accept no responsibility or liability for surcharges related to your payment method or for currency exchange rate fluctuations, which are entirely at your risk.

Payments are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe’s checkout is governed by Stripe’s General Terms and Privacy Policy, which are presented at checkout. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of Stripe or any other third-party payment provider.

4. Purchasing Tickets and Accurate Information

When making a purchase, make sure the information you provide is accurate and valid. Do not place, or try to place, an order with any information that is false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete, that cannot be verified as belonging to you, or that you do not have the right to use. If you do, your order can be canceled at any time, and we may release your seat to another purchaser without further notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for such cancellations.

5. Communications With You

If we need to contact you, we will use the email address and/or phone number you provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any changes to your contact details. This is particularly important for this Event because the venue address, pre-Event setup instructions, and any schedule changes are sent to registered Attendees by email.

You are responsible for confirming receipt of your ticket and registration confirmation ahead of the Event and for notifying us promptly of any issues. We are not liable, and you will not be entitled to any refund, if delivery of your ticket or Event communications fails as a result of incorrect or incomplete contact information you provided.

6. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Once purchased, a ticket cannot be refunded or credited for any reason, including if you are unable to attend, choose not to attend, arrive late, leave early, or do not use any included component of the Event. This applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance, unless a refund is required by applicable state or federal law or we cancel the Event.

The only exceptions are those expressly stated in these Terms (see Section 7 on changes and cancellation by FQ, and Section 1 where we decline a registration).

You agree that you will not attempt to circumvent this refund policy. This means you agree not to seek a refund from us outside the terms stated here, and not to seek a chargeback from any credit card company or payment provider used to purchase your ticket. If you do, we may cancel your ticket immediately and revoke your admission to the Event. We may also refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from that credit card or online account, and may prohibit future purchases by you or by any person associated with that account.

7. Transfers, Changes, and Cancellation by FQ

Attendee substitutions. Because tickets are nonrefundable, we allow you to transfer your ticket to a substitute attendee from your organization who meets the Event’s eligibility criteria, provided you give us written notice at thefq@thefq.com at least seven (7) days before the Event and the substitute agrees to these Terms. Substitutions are subject to our approval. Except for substitutions approved by us under this paragraph, tickets may not be resold, assigned, or transferred, and any attempt to do so is void.

Changes by FQ. The Event date, time, and location are subject to change. We may need to change the Event’s date, time, venue, agenda, format, speakers, coach, or included features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Attendees of material changes, but we cannot guarantee you will receive that notice, and it is your responsibility to confirm the date, time, and location of the Event before traveling. Changes of this kind do not entitle you to a refund.

Cancellation or rescheduling by FQ. If we cancel the Event outright, or reschedule it to a new date, we will offer you either a transfer of your ticket to the rescheduled or a comparable future FQ event, or credit toward a future FQ event, at our discretion. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you if we cancel or reschedule, and we are not responsible for any other costs you incur, including travel, lodging, or time.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in holding the Event, or for any cancellation, that results from events beyond FQ’s reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, widespread illness or virus, quarantines, curfews, public health measures, government action or regulation, strikes or labor disputes, terrorism, riot, acts of war, civil unrest, venue closure, electrical or network outages, or failure of utilities or communications (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). Furthermore, outages or degraded performance of third-party AI services are outside FQ’s control. If such an event prevents us from holding the Event, Section 7 (cancellation or rescheduling by FQ) applies.

9. Your Own AI Accounts and Third-Party Tools

The Event involves hands-on work using third-party AI tools and services, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You are responsible for setting up and paying for your own accounts, subscriptions, credits, and any usage charges with those providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are outside our control. We do not provide, guarantee, or take responsibility for the availability, performance, cost, or terms of any third-party tool, and we are not responsible for any charges you incur with those providers. You must also bring your own laptop to the Event and have your accounts and tools set up in advance so you’re ready to begin hands-on work at the start of the day.

10. Educational Purpose and No Guaranteed Results

The Event is provided for educational and informational purposes. Anything you build, configure, or take away, including any AI teammates, prompts, or workflows, is your responsibility to review, test, and use appropriately. We do not guarantee any particular result, output quality, performance, or business outcome. Nothing provided at the Event is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You are responsible for how you and your organization use anything created at or after the Event, including reviewing AI-generated output before you rely on it.

11. Intellectual Property and Your Work Product

All content, materials, frameworks, methods, and resources we provide in connection with the Event are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own internal and professional purposes. You may not record, copy, resell, republish, or distribute our materials, or use them to create a competing program, without our prior written consent.

You keep ownership of the specific work product you create for your own organization during the Event, such as the AI teammates you build using your own inputs. This does not give you any rights in our underlying materials, framework, or methods.

12. Confidentiality

Attendees may share information about their own work, teams, and organizations during the Event, and may be exposed to information shared by others. You agree to treat information shared by other Attendees as confidential and not to disclose or use it outside the Event without that person’s permission.

13. Photography, Recording, and Marketing

We may photograph, film, or record the Event. By registering and attending this Event, you consent to being included in that photography, video, or audio, and you grant us and our partners, licensees, and assigns, including our brand and media partners, a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, appearance, and statements as captured in it for FQ’s promotional, marketing, and related purposes, across any media now known or later developed, and whether edited, cropped, altered, or combined with other elements, without further authorization from or compensation to you. You agree you will not have any claim, including claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity, arising out of any use consistent with this paragraph. If you prefer not to be featured, let us know in writing before the Event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

14. Attendee Conduct and Admission

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event, and admission may be refused or revoked. We want a professional, respectful environment for everyone. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any Attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Event, without a refund. You agree to comply with all applicable rules and policies of FQ and of the venue, and breach of any of them will terminate your license to attend without refund.

You and your belongings may be subject to search on entry to the Event by the venue or its security personnel. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims. If you decline to consent, you may be denied entry without refund or other compensation.

Tickets and registration confirmations cannot be replaced if lost or compromised. Please do not post images or details of your ticket or registration confirmation publicly, as doing so may allow others to compromise it. We will not be liable if you are refused entry as a result.

15. Assumption of Risk

You attend the Event in person at your own risk. You voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the ordinary risks of attending an in-person event and traveling to and from the venue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claims for personal injury or death, including as a result of any communicable disease or illness contracted while attending the Event, against us, the venue, the facilities, and our and their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees, on behalf of yourself and any individual accompanying you. You bear all risks of inclement weather. If you are injured at the Event, please notify a staff member immediately.

16. Privacy and Data

We collect and use the information you provide at registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://thefq.thefemalequotient.com/privacy-policy/. This includes using your registration responses to prepare for and improve the Event.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages and whether the claim is based in breach of contract, tort, or any other theory at law or in equity. Our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for your ticket.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers, employees, contractors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your attendance at the Event, your conduct, your use of anything provided at the Event, or your breach of these Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating directly or indirectly to these Terms or the Event will be litigated solely and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City of Los Angeles, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue and agree those courts are convenient forums. The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover its costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection fees, in any action brought to enforce these Terms.

20. General

These Terms, together with the registration page and Stripe’s terms that apply to your payment, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your ticket and attendance, and supersede any prior agreements, oral or written, on this subject. There are no other agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties except as expressly set forth here. If any part of these Terms is found illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except through an Attendee substitution approved by us under Section 7. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets or stock. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective permitted transferees, successors, and assigns.

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. No waiver of any provision is a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, and no waiver is effective unless in writing signed by the party waiving its rights.

The relationship between you and us is one of contract only, and in no event will the parties be construed as partners, joint venturers, agents, or principals of each other.

Any notice you send us under these Terms must be in writing to thefq@thefq.com, and any notice we send you may be delivered to the email address you provided at registration.
