How can we attract more women to the cybersecurity industry? 

We can pave the way for next-generation cybersecurity leaders by consistently spotlighting women in cyber and championing diversity and inclusion. We must underscore the value of role models and mentorship opportunities while prioritizing creating more educational and upskilling resources.

What do you love about working in the cybersecurity industry? 

It’s such a stimulating and rewarding career! I make a meaningful impact, constantly learn and grow, and get to collaborate with like-minded professionals to solve some of the most pressing challenges of our digital age.

Do you feel like you’re contributing to helping keep our world secure? If so, why does that matter?

Absolutely. My work keeps individuals and organizations safe while fostering trust and stability in digitalization and innovation.

What are the ways you stay grounded and take care of yourself?

I get quality sleep, exercise regularly, practice mindfulness, and set boundaries. I also make plenty of time for hobbies and interests and seek support from others when needed.
